General Conditions:

ACCEPTANCE. Making a reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.

USER. The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

PREPAYMENT. A payment or credit card/bank transfer guarantee of 50% of the total rental amount must be made within 7 days. The reservation is subject to confirmation of payment by the banking institution. The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival, at the time of key delivery, either in cash, certified bank check, or credit card.

RESERVATION. Reservations can be made by fax, phone, email, or directly online through our website. The reservation will be completed once the user receives an email confirmation with the booking reference number.

TOURIST TAX. The total reservation amount will be increased by a tourist tax for the first 7 nights, amounting to €2.00 per person over 16 years of age.

DATA. All data entered by the user is stored on a secure server. Access to this information is exclusively reserved for the booking staff and will only be used for the reservation process and to inform the client of future promotions and offers.

OCCUPANTS. The client may only accommodate the maximum number of people specified in the apartment’s characteristics and according to the contracted rate.

CLEANING. The apartment will be made available to the client in a clean and proper condition. The client agrees to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean state, free of garbage and food waste.

EQUIPMENT. The client agrees to return the apartment in the same condition in which it was found, including furniture and equipment.

MODIFICATIONS. We reserve the right to change the booked apartment for one of similar or superior characteristics in cases of force majeure, such as unexpected occupation or damage occurring after the reservation date. These changes will incur no additional cost to the client.

GUARANTEE. Upon arrival, the client must provide a cash security deposit in the amount specified in the reservation. This deposit will be fully refunded within 72 hours to one week after departure, unless damages to the apartment, furniture, or equipment, or extreme dirtiness and waste are detected. Any costs incurred to restore the apartment to its original condition will be deducted from the deposit.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION:

70% of the reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation is notified more than 60 days in advance.

50% of the reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation is notified more than 45 days in advance.

Cancellations made through vacation rental platforms will follow the cancellation policies established by those platforms.
